I'm not responding to your poem but I didn't know any other way to respond to the poll you set up (which is really cool by the way).
Q: How powerful do you feel the student body can be in helping to select better teachers?
I voted "somewhat". This idea is totally new to me, but I like the concept of involving students in the selection process of teachers. In a lot of ways I think it would really benefit public schools. But then again what about the students who wouldn't take this seriously and would choose based on looks or who was easiest, not who was truly the better teacher? I'm not knocking the idea just wondering how it might be set up.
You maybe not understand this Haiku but I think this has a deeper meaning then you can see. You would have to ask the author of it, about what it means in general or what it means to her
